Availability and prices
are listed in the chart below. Normally, the
minimum let is 7 days beginning and ending on a Saturday. Entry is any
time after 4 pm and the cottage should be vacated by 11 am. |

Christmas and New Year weeks are
exceptional, starting on the 22nd and 29th December unless these dates
happen to be Sundays. |
|
We can also consider shorter
breaks in the low season only. The price of these is £50 for the
first day, plus £25 for each additional full day. Contact
us to enquire about this. |

The chart shows periods as 'available',
'booked' or 'reserved' until a specified date for a
named client. After the specified date any reserved period can be
regarded as available. |
