Mull has one Munro (Ben More), one
Corbett Top (Ben More A'Chioch) and one Corbett (Dun da Gaoith, above Craignure),
so if you are bagging these you HAVE TO come to Mull, but these are far
from the only interest for walkers. There are loads of
other amazing routes.
You can do a hard day looking down on the golden eagles and ravens from the edge
of 1000 foot sea cliffs, and another looking up at them from below, or both on
the same day if you’re up for it.
You can follow in the footsteps of the cattle drovers, the Celtic monks of Iona,
or the crofters expelled from their homes by the highland clearances. Or you can
meander among the flowers and birds of the machairs and beaches.
Then at the end of the day you can return to your clean, cosy,
comfortable and well-equipped base to reflect on life, the universe and
everything.
