MAKING A RESERVATION

Check that the
dates you want are still available. (Best to do this by e-mail or
phone.)

Ask us to reserve
the date for you, and ........

Confirm your
reservation by printing a copy of the booking form (below), filling it
in and posting it, with your deposit or full rent to us within
seven days. We will post you a receipt and tell you all you
need to know about the balance, access etc.

If you decide not to
confirm, It would be nice to know as soon as possible, but if we
haven't heard from you within a week or so, we will assume that you
are no longer interested.

Cancellation policy:
The
deposit is non-returnable.
Payment of the balance is due 6 weeks before the entry date.
If the balance is paid early in full or in part, it is returnable until
the date on which it is due, after which it becomes non-returnable.
If the balance is not
paid when due, we will regrettably have to assume you wish to cancel the
booking.
